What's covered

Plants professionally installed by A Cut Above are warranted against failure to establish for the period stated on your order, provided they are cared for according to our care guidance.

Requirements

• Plants must be installed by our crews to qualify for coverage.
• Follow the watering and care instructions provided for each plant.
• Coverage excludes damage from neglect, weather extremes, pests, or relocation.

Making a claim

If a covered plant fails to establish, contact our team with your order number and photos. We'll arrange an assessment and a one-time replacement where eligible.
