Our goal is simple: we want your landscape to look beautiful and thrive for years to come.
We carefully select quality plant material, install it professionally, and stand behind our work. At the same time, plants are living things, and their long-term success depends heavily on proper care after installation.
The single biggest factor in plant survival is watering. Both under-watering and over-watering can quickly damage or kill even the healthiest plants.
We created this warranty to be fair to our customers while also protecting our business from circumstances beyond our control. If you care for your plants, communicate with us when issues arise, and help us understand what's happening through photos, emails, and updates, we will do everything reasonably possible to help you achieve a successful outcome.
Our goal is not to look for reasons to deny a claim. Our goal is to help your landscape succeed.

A Cut Above One-Year Limited Plant Warranty
All plants and trees purchased from and installed by A Cut Above are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of installation.
If a plant or tree does not survive during the warranty period, A Cut Above must be given the opportunity to inspect the plant before it is removed or replaced.
Our team will evaluate the plant using our experience, observations, site conditions, customer communication, photographs, and other available diagnostic methods to determine the most likely cause of failure.
The most common causes of plant loss are under-watering and over-watering. Plants that fail due to improper watering, neglect, or lack of reasonable care are not covered under this warranty.
If A Cut Above determines that the plant failure was not caused by improper care, neglect, animal damage, chemical exposure, mechanical damage, construction activity, or extreme weather conditions, we will replace the plant one time at no charge.
Warranty coverage is limited to one replacement per plant or tree.
Replacement plants do not receive a new warranty period and are not eligible for additional replacements.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to plants and trees purchased from and installed by A Cut Above.
