Easily grown in average, medium moisture, well-draining soils in full sun to partial shade. Best performance in full sun. While tolerant of a range of soil types, it prefers consistently moist conditions. Cut back foliage to about 4-6 inches in late winter or early spring before new growth appears. Drought tolerant once established.
